Pearl, the challenging pony: Our improvements!!

Thanks to everyone who gave me tips on my other video :D
She doesn't rear any more, still goes a bit hyper but after lots of work on jumping she's now 100 x better than she was. Not perfect, but not a maniac!!

Much better, from the two refusals I've seen at this angle, I can see that Pearl does NOT like it when you lean into the turns. When you lean, it makes it harder for her to canter that way because she has to pick your weight up with every stride. Use your outside seat bone to drive her in the direction you want to go. It will feel strange at first, but Pearl WILL appreciate it.
