This video has nothing to do with cartoons.

Anyway this footage of the lighting and textures for Lair. But the difference is that this demo is running on Wii, before the demise of Factor 5 they were working on some Wii projects, nobocy knows what ahppened to those projects because seems like the studio is closed.

  • @RandyWells89 Really not. They have the same speed. About 700 mhz

  • @RandyWells89 NOOOO!!! Nintendo treats their third and second parties companies like crap. Look at Rare, Nintendo said We know you made nothing but hit games but we don't want you anymore so Microsoft has bought them and they worked on the XBox Avatars, Kinect, and SEVERAL hit games.

  • What metters is not the processor, it is the graphics card. Wii still using a lower hz on their processor, because Wii don't need to run other programs, like Windows bullshit and ant-virus, it's just the god damn game.

  • @RandyWells89 You really eantertained me, nintendo console with good graphic. Xbox prcessor = 3.2 GHz , wii processor = 729 MHz isn't it quite difference. You are telling bollocks here.

  • Interesting. I wouldnt expect the Wii to be capable of such a powerful shader. Seems like we're getting an engine that can really make something out of the Wii's hardware.

  • bring FACTOR 5 BACk the stupid ps3 got it to close !!!! :(

  • @nooblet911 Crazy shit. I find it very erry they default graphic asset in most Wii games look like Team Fotress. I'm not sure about HL2. But Portal and TF2 can make a perfect port for the Wii. Since you probably don't know The Wii can do portals with no problem.

  • @Tkscz Your wasting your time. He doesn't want to understand and refuses to see systems he liked being outperformed by a Nintendo system in anything.

For him, how powerful a system is is based on whether or not he likes the games on the system or whether he thinks the games on the system look good to him.

He wants to believe that the Wii is weak and no amount of explaining will convincing him otherwise.

Now this is a good looking game. ds-x2(.) com/images/reviews/fastracingwiiware/2.jpg

  • @nooblet911 Again the reason for this is that the xbox support shader model 2. This made making shading, lighting, mapping, and detailing much easier and cost effective. The Wii however was like the game cube, it needs it's shaders to be custom made with coding by scratch. That cost more than what developers are willing to spend on the Wii and they're rather make games with no detail, than take their time and use some money to make it look better.
