The person who voted "I dislike this" must be the same deaf who gave the same verdict on Luciana Serra singing of the same aria in the other wonderful production of the same opera... Sometimes I really dispair! Cuberli and Serra are wonderful, and these 2 productions have become legendary. Future ones do not come even close.

La Cuberli é una signora vocalista e quel che canta la signora Cuberli é DA SPARTITO, se poi si vuole cinguettare ok, ma bisogna farlo con la SUA impostazione che é perfetta al contrario di altre sedicenti vocaliste!!!... Questa realizzazione di Pesaro é stata la più bella mai realizzata del "Viaggio a Reims"... tutti in stato di grazia.

Ho visto tutte e quattro le recite a Pesaro nel 1984 e, in teatro, l'emozione fu così grande che solo gli sciocchi possono stare a disquisire su agilità più agile e precisa. Le altri cantanti venutre dopo avran fatto (forse) meglio, ma che noia la loro precisione! Avete sentito il boato che saluta la fine dell'aria? Era pari all'entusiasmo che ha saputo creare Lella Cuberli (e Ramey, e Abbado e tutti gli altri...)
