Animal sacrifice and cow slaughtering be banned in India - Naresh Kadyan

The International Organisation for Animal Protection - OIPA in India moved PIL No. 381 of 2010 and same was fixed for 29-11-2010 by the Supreme Court of India. Smt. Maneka Gandhi, founder PFA and Member of Parliament along with PETA in India also approached to support the cause, VHP and BJP as well. We respect all religions but don't appreciate animal sacrifice in Hindu temples, cow - camel slaughtering on Bakir Eid as well.
As per article 51G, all citizens should show compassion towards animals and as per article 48, STATE SHOULD AND DEVELOP ITS MILCH AND DRAUGHT ANIMALS. As per Prevention of cruelty on animals Act 1960, beating an animal is also an offence. As per Motor Vehicle Act -- only 6 to 8 cows can be carried in one truck or wagon. As per West Bengal Animal Slaughter Control Act 1950, which was clarified by High Court and Supreme Court -- SACRIFICE OF COWS IS NOT AN ESSENTIAL RELIGIOUS REQUIREMENT, HENCE ILLEGAL. But all these laws are just a piece of paper. They are not implemented at all. This is why India is loosing its animal wealth. Already many species of Cows and 90 % of Indian breed have already been LOST in last 63 years.
Cows are coming on foot or by Rail or by road from all parts of India to West Bengal. Where the transport on foot is not possible say on paid HIGHWAYS, they are loaded in trucks, three to ten times the allowed limit. The pain and agony which these animals face during such transportation, is beyond imagination. Thirty to forty percent of cows are killed in legal and illegal slaughter houses of India. Balance cattle wealth is smuggled to Bangladesh and is destroyed there.
The FACTS and figures are not known to PUBLIC and Public servants. Some says lacs of cows are going to Bangladesh everyday, some say the number is between 40000 to 80000. You have best and modern machinery and equipments. You can take satellite photos of whole Bangladesh Border for few days and establish the figures. As per our reports approximately 15000 to 30000 cows are coming from each of these three states- BIHAR, JHARKHAND and ORISSA. Herds of 1000 to 3000 cows can be seen on interval of 1 to 10 kilometers on Bombay road. Our CBI is one of the best in world. If you can bring the facts before the PUBLIC, M.Ps and Top Govt. officials, this drainage of Real wealth of Nation may stop.

Yes, okay, Hamari jo digestive system hai yeh meat bhi digest kar sakta. Lekin vegtables health ka leya aacha hai. Ab kafi Hindu's bhi meat khata hai, hum sirf appeal kar raha hai ki hamari jo muslims India par rahta ho woh harmi mazhab ko izzat karo.

Kuch muslim kings zarur hue thhe India ke kuch parts mein. lekin kuch zyada hee badha chadha ke bataya jata hai. aur agar koi arab muslim hai to thheek hai. agar koi indian/pakistani muslim hai to uske ancestors hindu thhe. unko zabardasti dara ke aur maar peet ke muslim banaya gaya hai. tujh jaise gadhe ko ye samajh nahi aayega.

@shubroto81 The problem with hindus these days is that we have adopted a very cowardly attitude. We try to be so politically correct all the time that we shy away from calling something wrong or cruel just because we fear criticism. Sorry. I will call a spade a spade. What is wrong IS wrong. It cannot be justified.
