For my Eagle Scout project I planned, organized and managed the building of a ten by eighteen cement bleacher platform, 2 access sidewalks, a 3 foot high block retaining wall and installed new aluminum bleachers for my local baseball park in Applegate California. This project had a budget of $10,000.00 but I was able to complete the project for $5447.44 by seeking material donations from local businesses, along with assembling and organizing 38 volunteers who worked a total of 230 hours. I myself have approximately 189 personal hours planning, organizing and working on this project.
