The last house was my favorite :D roughly how much did that cost and in what part of Japan was that? And someone asked earlier and I'll ask again though cause I saw no answer :( are the house prices going up or down? XD

About $200k.

Some parts of Japan prices are going up slowly.. other parts they are remaining the same.

Are you an investor, or just showing samples of housing prices ??
Do you look at home in dolar per sq ft, or I guess in Japan sq meter ??
What areas outside of Tokyo are more affordable, or does it matter ??

As you would expect.. out in the countryside is cheaper than the cities.
