Completing the C-O-M-B-O Custom Created Goals for New Jersey that I made in Tony Hawk's Underground for PS2. I made goals for all of the other levels but haven't gotten around to recording them. Those will come soon.

Sweet deal, I've made countless custom goals and levels for this game (I too have beaten this game about a million times). Watching me play this makes me want to record my custom-created levels for YouTube (and finish recording the rest of my custom created goals :/).

Hmm, I am playing the game at normal speed... Maybe it was the nature in which I played through these goals. I did try to beat my goals as fast as possible so maybe that's why it looks so fast?

how do u make goals on real levels?

On the main menu of the game, there is an option called "Create/Play Goals". You use that option to create goals on the real levels.
