Thomas Paine was a Progressive. What idiot made this and thought it represented conservativism? Common Sense was a fight against the Tyranny of not just taxation without representation, which of course no longer exists, but a fight against an oppressive king who caused a great war. He was banished to France because his ideas were too progressive for Americans. You conservatives will bend anything your way. By the way if you actually read Common Sense you would see he was an atheist as well.

Ok, thanks for sharing. I'm sure that most people who view your 'witty' comment see that you are MUCH brighter and WAY MORE intellectual than "this guy". Maybe if he had cursed a bit or made a poop joke you would have actually paid attention to what he was saying. He did throw out a few big words there in the first 20 seconds.
