I totally agree to the views presented in this video regarding top 3 Indian IT companies. There is less than 10% of innovative engineering done here, but I would like to increase this purview to all the Indian IT companies or for that instance all the service based IT companies in the world including Cognizant, Accenture, HP or IBM. One could find true engineering in product based companies only like Google, Microsoft, Adobe , Yahoo, Oracle etc.

i completely agree with this video.. No Engineering happens at most of the so-called top-tier Indian IT services company.. There are only managers :)
