To be fair, this behaviour shows intelligence. This cautiousness could save his life one day. Rather then just charge in, he checks things out. Although this is just a bin bag, it could easily of been a black panther curled up under that bush lol The Rotty is just saying WTF is that thing? hahaha You should of seen my old Shepherd dog when he saw his first camping tent 15 odd years ago, the poor campers in side where scared to come out but he him self was scared of the tent,daft sod hahaha
