my flight on concorde september 1989 - london to new york - fantastic - seat 7a . Seated in the second section of the cabin was known as siberia .....!!

BA was world class airline then and was fav airline around, but the culture of knocking any thing british has taken over so anything British means it wrong to be proud of our flag or national airline , if willie walsh don't bring it down more the vile bullying man

I worked on this commercial when I was in the advertising department of British Airways. The shot of the aircraft coming through the blackness of space was done by filling a 50 gallon drum with treacle, pulling a model down into it and reversing the film ! Ah, happy days
