In my home teather plasma tv wii looks so bad, i have best possible tv settings and wii screen settings, nothing helps, what can i do to set it looks as normal in lcd screen? is that even possible or do i need to reroll TV?

My Wii is just connected directly to my theatre reciever. The reciever then sends video to the projector and sound to the speakers.

Do you know anything about LCD screens with home theater systems? Do I need an extra pair of component cables for the reciever to the lcd screen?

Your component output to your monior (LCD\Projector etc) should almost always remain constant. All you do is add your inputs in as you buy them and flip the mode on your receiver.
I'm running my wii, satellite box and hdd recorder through mine as well as an auxilary-in for my ipod.
