The red rising tail was made of the Brilliant Red comp in the Screen-Sliced Brilliant Red Rubber Stars Project. For that tutorial, go to the Stars Kits, and that particular one, and click on the instructions for that kit. YouTube won't allow me to post a link to it in here.
