Can anyone help me out with the chords?
The entire song sounds like C, E, Am except for the two verses with the lyrics "She said if you're with me i'll never go away."
I cant figure out what he plays for those parts.

first released version was on Arthur's solo album 'Vindicator'...this is the 1974 version from Love's 'Reel to Real' LP...it was also recorded for a CBS album that never came out, now available as Love Lost, that is my favourite version (and it's also the very first one in fact!)
