@Trusten1984 Size doesnt matter actually it depends on the cars safety structure strength. It could happen with a superb where the car collapses.

@mcvancouver Most vehicle-to-vehicle crashes are at much lower speeds than they do these tests. The 500 would probably hold its own in a typical traffic accident.
I'm not sure if this is true globally, but in the US the vast majority of fatal crashes are single-vehicle crashes where a driver has driven too fast, lost control, and hit an object at the side of the road. If you hit a telephone pole or a tree at 110, nothing will save you but dumb luck.

safe car if you crash it into another 500 or similar weighted car.....try testing this bat mobile against a Volvo SUV or a new landrover that weight upwards of 5100lbs......Fiat 500 vs Tank = carnage. However for an inner city car when your travelling tops at 40-60km/hr....should be half fine.
