This is one of my favorite pieces I really love the way you play it, so inspiring. Thank you for posting it.

Your slides are justified, but they come too early. You must try to time it so that the note comes bang on the beat. It takes practice and patience. The left hand fingers have to be quick. It's like catching an insect flying.
The middle section needs more discipline (your first notes are too slow compared with what follows). Use a metronome (at least for a few bars).
Keep up the good work.

You are very beautiful.

Rexicano,
Thanks for your advice. I'm taking interpretative liberty with the slides, but intend to correct most string squeaks when I re-upload (after practice!) in late January.

great performance. in regards to the squeak sound, you can only lift your first finder on the 4th string. the rest of the fingers can stay on 3rd, 2nd and 1st string. this gives you quicker results compared to when you lift your whole left hand while changing chords. Hope to hear a new video from you soon.

Thank you for the advice. I am trying to improve this piece and plan to post the revised performance by summer '10.

Your series of diminished chords (2nd part of section A) should be on the 1st four strings and not on 2nd to 5th strings (near to impossible to play !).

You're right. Thanks for the tip. I'll unlearn the old fingering and learn the new.
