@agmor1 you don't like his style of review, listen to someone else. Plenty of critics out there. The rants is what gets many people interested because the guy's been reviewing films since the 1980s. he knows A LOT of films and when he's not getting outraged he's very articulate. But I haven't seen any review that praises this film so it's legitimate to say it's rotten to the core and at that point there's no need to be considerate anymore.

@Regenmacher175 No, you're right: snarky comments about a song and nuanced comments about the structure like "What? Who? Why ... it's catastrophic" and suggestions such as "I don't care." I don't want to 'rationalize' the film or anything like that: I would like a proper review that develops ideas, instead of throwing them around in fits of hysteria and mock-outrage. I listen to the review and think that this guy needs to get a grip on himself.

@agmor1 the man knows what he's talking about. he talks about the factual inaccuracies in the film, the ludicrous nature of the set-up, the bad split timeframe, etc. did you not isten to the review? he raised many points, which you probably chose to ignore ecause you felt to rationalize trash like this film. he also objects to the fact that the film tries to make people who were incredibly snobbish, pro-nazi into sympathetic people when History shows us that reality was different.

Riseborough sounded articulate, educated, thoughtful and articulate: everything that the good doctor is not in his review. I have no idea whether the film is good or not, but this review is so vile and hateful that he never gives a clear argument. This is not a review: it's just a collection of adjectives and adverbs.
