Halloween: Broken Gothic Rag Doll

First Halloween tutorial of the year! This look is a creepy gothic rag doll. Normally I woulda purchased an actual black rag doll wig, you know the ones that look like yarn, but I didn't have time. :) Next Halloween tutorial will be a......Mermaid since it was requested! :) Any other requests comment below!!!

Would it still work if we dont have them in creams just powders?

@HoGzMaRiNe I'm not sure...You would have to really build it up because it wouldn't be as pigmented. For the black you can also use a liquid/gel eyeliner. :)

@misamisa24101 Hahahaha! I actually just parted it down the center like I was going to do pigtails, and pinned the hair up with bobbi pins. :)
