I believe the reason there are so many negative and profane comments is because the issue was never dealt with by the body of Christ but swept under the rug. Even now all you will get is the generic: only God can judge. We prize gift above righteousness and all goes unchecked. Gift comes without repentance and it is not hard to talk the talk but the truly redeemed are known by their fruit not gift or musical ability.

I've seen most of these comments on here & they are pretty rude & have strong language on here. Yall' need to show respect for the dead & for Rev. James Cleveland. All that I can say is that he's a living legend, whether if he was gay or not. Only God can judge you at the end!

I found a version of I've got a Telephone online..just google Telephone in my boson by the Caravans (James Cleveland is playing on the piano) Doesn't sound as goodas this version though.

Me, too. All of the headbanging and yelling and screaming and jumping all over the place is really nerve-wracking. Screaming and yelling and not saying nothing while you're at it doesn't work for me.
