Grace Thomas - Dodson & Horrell Young Rider Bursary Application 2011

This is a video I have put together to support Grace's Application for the Dodson & Horrell Young Rider Bursary, which is featured in Horse & Hound.

Grace can be seen riding Llotrog Cochyn (Miles) in the video, he is a Welsh Cob gelding who she has been competing in affiliated dressage for the first time this year. So far they have achieved 21 points from just 5 British Dressage outings! She has already put in a lot of work to get to Novice level with Miles and hopes to progress to Elementary later this year.

They have had success at Pony Club competitions, finishing 3rd at Area 9 Intermediate Dressage in 2010 and narrowly missing out on qualifying for the Championships. This year she is going to compete at Open level and hopes to qualify this time.

They also finished a close 3rd at the Dengie Winter League Open Dressage Championships 2011 and recently won the Novice section at the South West Dodson & Horrell Dressage Championships 2011 (held at Hartpury).
