Flipper Season 2 Episode 1 "Flipper and the Mermaid"

Flipper helps a lady Oceanographer by the name of Ulla Norstrand away from a barracuda infested area of water. She's from a university on assignment to collect sea specimen and has made demands to have the east lagoon section of Coral Key Nature Preserve blocked off for her own personal use! Porter and sandy go aboard her submarine to she what it is she does exactly. She has been commissioned by the Navy to do research and she wants to take Flipper during the summer and use him as a diving companion, not taking into consideration that Flipper is Sandy and Bud's pet. When she gets trapped underwater, Flipper goes to get Porter and Sandy's help to aid in her rescue.
