Oblivion Walkthrough 3 Find the Heir (1-2)

Elder Scrolls IV Oblivion

Ok you may have noticed i skipped a few things from when i was in the place with Juaffre....in that time i actually sold a few stuff to make space and brought some armour.

My quest now is to find the Heir to the throne, I am now in Kvatch and have to reach Savlian Matius. But i cant find the Heir yet as i have to complete the next quest which is Breaking the Siege of Kvatch..so find the heir Quest is to be continued.

what the hell salvian keeps telling to close the gate but the objective marker stays on him. I tried going into oblivion but is says the gate is activated from somewhere else. please help!
