No, the baby jumped up because before the eagle released, it jerks to free itself from the babies clothing. I have head about eagles pickging infants, long before I watched this video, from my grandmother. I suggest you to try with your baby alone near a dead carcaus of sheep, where condors or eagles come and it. You will come to know.

Its not a real eagle, I can tell you that. The markings on this bird is not consist ant with any I know. And the bird's wings curved forward like in cartoons. I know birds very well...it doesn't exist.
