this is probably about as powerful as a pentium m 1 ghz, so i'm thinking to get this fullspeed you'd want at least a pentium m 1.6 ghz.

is there a way to raise the voltage. i'm pretty sure the 1200 mhz cap people seem to be running into is only due to the fact that the cpu is ULV. pump up the voltage and i bet it would fly. dothan's are well known to be great overclockers. people have gotten 75% overclocks with minimal heat differences. plus most the heat in there is the north bridge and south bridge. the cpu actually runs cool.

I'm using a Phenom X4 940 BE @ stock, and I play all games at full speed. ^^ It's the hardware that matters, not the operating system.

it's not all vista's fault
u probebly have a crappy pc too...
(im not a vista fanboy in fact i dont like it and skipped it all over till win 7 came out
so i use windows 7)

yeah i know my computer has a bad processor and sucky gfx card so im buying a new one. Other than that the program is a great emulator for good computers

you shouldn't put to much blame on the operating system it's more likely either your CPU or your Graphics Card.
