He didn't feel that the other stuff represented how he really felt. If you were a real fan you might have done some research etc. because he clearly says how These Streets wasn't a true representation of himself and how he was just trying to turn out mainstream tunes which would work for everyone. He now realises that's not what he wants anymore and would rather follow his personal interests and sounds. He also seemed to realise that people preferred his raw sound rather than studio enhanced. :D

How can you say that....... this is one of the most fantastic tracks I've ever heard. I'm old....... I've seen eagles,santana,van morrison,jools,knopfler,buena vista social club,bb.King,eric clapton,gary moore....I could go on and on.... the guys up there a real raw talent!!!!!!!
