what's two weeks going to do? It's consistency that makes things happen.

Do you guys do any sort of like...one-two week boot camo style plans? I live Near Detroit and would love to spend a week or two in the summer over at the training center getting my ass beat by a trainer.

Thanks again, I have been doing much of that. Its good to know that I am on the right track, and that there is room for improvement.
Single leg strength is something I am going to work on in the future, maybe one leg jump rope, and one leg jumps onto platforms, things like that?

Out of curiousity, I play center what type of training requirements would you have for a center?

vision, core strength (fighting trough the checks) , first step quickness, lateral quickness, single leg strength for corner battles but above all playmaking puck skill. u need to live on the ice! good luck !

Thats all very impressive from a fitness point of view. I do have a question, when was the last time the stongest guy on your hockey team was the best player?

It is way more complicated than that. Every position in hockey has its specific training requirements.This vid is jus me doin some enforcer type exercises to motivate my superstars. cuz we like to keep it 100% :) Great BTNL hockey vid 2008 coming in 2 weeks!keep posted!
