I helped shoot a music video with Devin Graham - http://www.youtube.com/user/devinsupertramp check out and subscribe to his EPIC channel - and Jace LeRoy for the hip hop group Can't Stop Won't Stop last summer. You can see Devin and Jace filming with their cameras in some of my shots :) This is something I edited together a couple months before the real music video was released with the footage from my camera just to see how the shots cut together. It's slow motion long shots and it gives a sort of "behind the scenes" feel to the real music video, which is much faster paced. :) A lot of the bikers belong to the group Ensoul, based out of Utah.

Camera: Canon T2i
Lenses: Canon 50mm, 18-55mm, 28-135mm
Edited in Final Cut Pro
60fps conformed to 24fps in Cinema Tools

The song is called "Spacious" by Mo-Seph and is used with permission under a creative commons license. Check out their music at http://mo-seph.com

The real music video can be seen here http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=B3GribQCg6c We shot with 2 Canon 5D Mark ii's, 2 Canon T2i's, 2 GoPro's, and 1 Sony EX1. And it is AWESOME :) On Devin's channel he also put together a SUPER slow motion video using the footage we shot the same day. It's pretty rad, check it out!

Filmed August 2010 in Alpine, UT

  • A lot of people don't know that we provided Devin with the Ensoul BMX Team. Sometimes I don't even think Devin knows ha ha. But I'll tell you the story. DP one of the members of CSWS who we're good friends with told us about the video shoot and said the first day of shooting sucked and he was bummed by the riders that had shown up. So I told him dude you need real riders. I got you. I made a few calls and day 2 happened and the rest is history. Let us know if you ever want to work on a project.
