This is my favourite of the series, by far. That says a lot since the Valis series R.O.C.K.S. as a whole. :)

Yes I do. But sometimes on a given platform I find something appealing in a bad game. PCE just tends to be has either super mega ultra f*cking awesome titles or rather simplistic and boring ones. But that's just me. PC-Engine was a great console, it was ahead of it's time and I like that. Sometimes I just wish there are more games like Valis (or Ninja Ryuukenden for that matter)... simple but keeps you going on with great animated cutscenes.
