I've seen worse. Here in Mass they've prosecuted people for taping the police. There are some legal battles going on about a citizens right to film there own interactions with police.
That women actualy had a very easy time. And the agents were polite. True, it's a waste of time to be investigating the protestors. That was Texas though. They probably got a bunch of phone calls from the toothless brain dead christians in the neighborhood and did a token investigation to appease them.

I'm sure the FBI have far better things that they should be doing rather than bothering people who have done nothing but exercise they're First Amendment rights and protest their governments foreign policies. As long as stories such as this continue to emerge than people need to remain aware that simply assuming that their rights will always be there is not an option.
