Wish they would release a bare bones one without power options. I would love something like the original GTI. Simple manual interior, but look out on the road. Price point at 10k in the USA starting, and can get a performance enhanced model for starting price under 14k due to not having so much power options. A base model could be a fun, affordable car that the other cars of that class just to not provide anymore... something with more character and road manners than the Yaris, Accent, etc.

TORINO 21-8/10 - La Fiat ha inviato ai tre operai dello stabilimento di Melfi (Potenza) licenziati nel luglio scorso e reintegrati dal giudice del lavoro circa due settimane fa un telegramma in cui ha comunicato loro che "non intende avvalersi delle loro prestazioni", invitandoli a non presentarsi in fabbrica, lunedì prossimo, 23 agosto, alla riapertura dello stabilimento dopo la pausa estiva.
