If you want to play baroque music like its supposed to be played, you should play without sustainpedal. They didn't have such a pedal in that time.

Thank you ! The score I have learned this piece from shows the differentiations you point out. I'm not sure they were originally intended by Haendel, but they look nice to me for this piece
