This is the 4th in a continuing series on "Kajukenbo Concepts". More information on Kajukenbo training, DVD's, and schools, available at: kajukenboinfo.com
Excellent techniques. I wish more teachers would focus on the little things, like striking a REAL target, flowing momentum in attacks, proper wrist alignment in heavy punches, etc. I like this style. It mirrors my own quite well. I trained several styles. I started in the 4th grade with Kenpo Karate for a couple years, then went on to Taekwondo for a couple years, and then on to MoonMooDo for a year or so, which is a MMA. I've spent the last several years studying Kenjutsu and Shurikenjutsu.
Thanks for sharing, sir!
