Just a bunch of silent hill video game clips bunched together to make a movie. The song is Room of Angel. I'm not sure who sings it, but its on the soundtrack of Silent Hill 4.

Silent Hill 4 was so unimpressive in the series. it wasn't even supposed to be a Silent Hill.

Love the song though.
