  • mijn HELDin!!!

  • @jespiker , we share the same story! where did you guys migrate to?

  • It was good for me to hear this, seeing how my parents and sisters were born in Indonesia, fled to Holland, had my brother there, then they came to the states in 62 and I was born a year later in Glendale, CA. I'm still shocked I can understand the dutch language!

  • Wieteke Van Dort. Thank you for your memories of the dutch east indies. I was born in Rotterdam at the time when you left Indonesia and found yourself and family in an entirely different situation. I have found myself in a similiar situation where my family moved from Surabaya to Holland and then to the United States. It's a great story!
