@bluebear068 hah lol! I reckon Watson is Moirarty! I mean, let's face the facts - he never actually meets Moriarty (in the canon I mean), only 'sees him from a distance' and Holmes does meet Moriarty. At the Reichenbach falls, Watson is 'called away' moments before Moriarty arrives on the scene...hmm...suspicious! :p

@SneverusSnapers Ooh, that would've made a fine twist to the end of the first series if he was Moriarty. We would've had to be introduced to the real Watson... Big ol' uproar about departure from canon... Distressing but interesting, like how talking to Sherlock must be.

I was SO worried when I heard Martin Freeman was cast to play quite a big serious role in Sherlock- mainly because he seems to be quite a deadpan actor and stuck in the same character since The Office.
Now that I've seen him in two epsiodes, I'm happy to say Martin has pulled it off and he fits the role perfectly.
Hope to see him in more soon!
