All that trash talking for a car that was made from 1984-1986. Yep, Lee Iococca did a great job there. *cough cough* About the only thing he did right was convincing people that Chrysler's junk heaps were the best cars on the road. Basically, he was a good salesman and liar. That, and he sold a lot of minivans.

Awesome. The 80's were a pretty sucky time for automobiles but I have a soft spot for the Laser. Both my parents had one when I was born and I was first brought home from the hospital in a black '85 1/2 Laser XE that we affectionately called "Darth" because of the talking feature and, apparently, this ad that I was too young to remember.
