@thamuddler i was born in old forge and soooo many ppl from all over the place go there for rafting and kayaking, a lot of ppl have died doing it there too lol, its the best i know of in ny

I'm definitely going to have to go on this one sometime next year. All I was able to do this year was the Black River near Watertown and all they had for real fun was "The Cruncher".

Nicely done video ! I am assuming this is a contest and as you say it is the 'out-takes' of the event - the crashes. Hopefully not the normal outfitters trips huh?

It is not normal to crash, although it does happen on certain rivers more than others. I'd say about 5% of the Moose river has potential to crash.....thats why they call rafting an adventure.

This is strictly crashes in 2 rapids on the Moose, plus 1 in Rooster Tail. In this video you are not seeing the whole thing. The Moose is 12 miles of class III, IV and V rapids in a pristine wilderness.
This is just the crash highlights.
