http://www.yctv.tv/sarasota/ - Welcome to the Ringling Circus Museum. Located on the 66-acre estate on Sarasota Bay. Established in 148, the Ringling museum of the American Circus was the first museum of its kind to document the rich history of the circus. One of the most beloved exhibits is a miniature model replica of the Ringling Bros. & Barnum & Bailey Circus. Complete with 8 tents, 152 wagons, 1300 performers and workers and more than 800 animals. In addition, the museum has a large collection of rare handbills, posters and art prints. The Ringling Circus Museum is open 7 days a week from 10am to 5:30pm (and is closed on Thanksgiving, Christmas and New Year's days). The estate grounds are open until 6pm. Admission begins at $19 for adults $16 for seniors and $6 for children ages 6 through 17. Price of admission also includes entry to the Circus Museum. Be sure to check back for more information as hours and admission is subject to change.
