it's a jazzy version and could have even been cute, however, whilst accented Hebrew is commonplace in Israel, this version would have been more bearable on the ear had the girls remembered that Adon Olam is Ivrit and not English !

@ets2104 its a jazzy version. accents are everyday in Israel but an effort to make it sound like they're actually singing Hebrew and not American English would have made this more bearable
I agree with you wholeheartedly, but unfortunately not all (none?) of the members of S'madar are native Israeli Hebrew speakers, and one thing that sounds worse than "flat and uninteresting" American-accented Hebrew is the fake-Israeli-accented Hebrew spoken by Americans pretending to be Israeli. The pronunciation may not be exactly how a sabra would do it, but the song sounds really good, and I don't think the Hebrew pronunciation really matters that much to be honest.
Lovely rendition of Adom Olam

of course it would! Israeli and Palestinian accent naturally sounds best with Hebrew :P American accent is flat and uninteresting lol

lol would you rather they have sung with fake israeli accents? because i don't think that would sound that great. :D

this is very cute lol but they could have put a little more effort in their Hebrew pronunciation ;)
