  • @myaclick yes but aerobic workouts(running etc)...doesn't help your muscle's grow at some point and after,(some times excessive aerobic exercise can cause muscle loss) anyway i think it's way better to have that "athletic type" of body than that "bodybuilding freak" body... :P
