@onlyafterdarkness I never mentioned anything about him not having ego. You came up with that. A show off musician is someone who do not think much of the essence of a melody but concentrate more on exhibition by playing fast and difficult notes. His playing is melodic and sounds nice.

One thing I like about Brad Gillis is that he is not a "show off" type of guitar player. In fact there are very few pieces where he actually shows his capability. I think that is what makes him such a guitar player since he is not an exhibitionist.
