On October 14, Lord Christopher Monckton gave a presentation in St. Paul, MN on the subject of global warming. In this 4-minute excerpt from his speech, he issues a dire warning to all Americans regarding the United Nations Climate Change Treaty that is scheduled to be signed in Copenhagen in December 2009.

The Copenhagen Climate Summit is over and thankfully it appears to have been largely a flop, falling fall short of the expectations of most global warmists.

Fabian Socialists were the foundation of the modern British Labour party. They advocated advancing progressive politics through gradual and peaceful measures, unlike their revoluntionary counterparts elsewhere in Europe. There is nothing conspiratorial about them - they are (or were) just a political movement, just like the GOP.

I think your reading into it to much. Socialists dont use climate change as a mask to cover there political goals. They genuinely beleive AWG is happening and think that the moral way to act is to stop it. Unfortunately this involves wrecking advanced economies. Not everything has to be a conspiracy.

He's actually not Sacha Baron Cohen.
There was a video from an Australian comedy show that said that Lord Monckton was a Cohen character and that everything he's done was a joke. The actual joke is that the video was a joke and it was never really Sacha, Monckton is a real person as you'll find out if you look him up.
tl;dr = this is not SB Cohen. That was a joke from an Aussie comedy show.
