To New Beginnings, a Jonas sister story [Chapter 5]

Nick: Thank you, sir.
Random old dude: I knew you four were siblings, you all look so alike.
Nick: *not really sure what to say* Uh huh.
Random old dude: I'll let you eat now, I had to say something!
Nick: It's no problem at all!

Awkward silence.

Jaylin & Joe: Weeird!
Kevin: I know, we aren't related at all and you don't look that much like us.
Nick: It was just an old dude! No reason to second guess something that's not true. (A/N- If he only knew, hehe)
Jaylin & Joe: Still. *they look at each other and crack up*
Kevin: Would you two stop? It's freaky!
Joe & Jaylin: Whatever. *looks at each other and laugh even harder*
Kevin: *glares at Joe and Jaylin*
Jaylin(& Joe): We aren't *Joe sniggers and stops immediately* doing it on purpose!
Joe: Yeah!
Nick: *annoyed* Can we just eat?
Joe: Don't get your knickers in a twist.
Nick: My kickers are not in a twist!
Jaylin & Kevin: *chuckles loudly*
Nick: Just eat!
Jaylin, Joe, & Kevin: Yes Father!

(10 minutes later, the boys are done eating and Jaylin isn't; she's a slow eater)

Joe: Come on, I wanna get back tonight!
Jaylin: I can only eat so fast! I have a small mouth; do you want me to choke?
Nick: *chuckles*
Jaylin: Get your mind outta the gutter, nasty!
Kevin: Jay, for the love God, comes on!
Jaylin: I am almost done! *towards Nick* Back off!
Nicks: *gets frustrated* *grabs Jaylin and throws her over his shoulder* I wanna get back!
Jaylin: I'm not done yet! *angry and starts slapping his ass really hard*
Nick: *smirks and ignores her*
Joe: AWW! Kevin, look at the love birds! (A/N-Yuck)
Kevin: *grabs what's left and throws it away*
Nick: Duude! She's like a sister! Come on!
Kevin: AWKWARD!
Jaylin: *doesn't notice what Joe said* Hey ass! I'm talking to you!
Nick: Jay I know you secretly like my ass, but it can't respond so don't get mad at it!
Jaylin: Haha! *slaps his ass even harder*
(at the car)
Nick: *slides Jaylin in the back seat and sits next to her* Loser!
Jaylin: *suddenly tired* Heyyya. *starts to falls asleep*
Nick: AWWW! Is the baby tired?
Jaylin: *words slurring, having trouble keeping her eyes open* Shu up *falls asleep*
Nick: Why is she so tired?
Kevin: *shrugs his shoulders*
Joe: No clue.

(back at the beach house)
Joe: *opens the back door and carefully picks Jaylin up* Someone go open the front door.
Kevin: *takes the keys*
Joe: Thanks.
Kevin: No problem. I'm gonna go to bed.
Joe: K. *heads towards his room to set Jaylin down* *goes back in the living room with Nick*
Joe: It's so weird.
Nick: What is?
Joe: Have you ever really looked at Jaylin? She actually looks a lot like Kevin.
Nick: Joe.
Joe: Nick, I know. It's like impossible, but how can one person look so much like another and not be related in anyway?
Nick: I don't know, coincidence?
Joe: Yeah, probably. I'm going to bed. Night.
Nick: Ok, night.
Joe: *walks into the bedroom and hears Jaylin crying* Jay, what's wrong?
Jaylin: *sleeping* D...d...don't! *sobs* Please.
Joe: She's crying in her sleep? *crawls into bed and holds her close* Shhhh, it's ok, I'm here.
Jaylin: *still sleeping* *calms slightly*
