wunderbar!!, I wish there was a version for brits like me to learn AST, although I have noticed its mainly removing the R i pronuce in words such as Calm pronuced cahm or Dance pronouced Dahnce, I think the majority of A sounds in my accent are followed by a high R sound, and AST is much much lower in the jaw, like a drawl.
