A very interesting product. Not unlike the Kershaw Designs Grenadier, although I'd expect this to be far cheaper. As previously stated, a CC/Neu -based power system would be a useful upgrade - No doubt, HobbyWing was selected on cost grounds. A good place to start though. So! Three questions: What's it called? ( It doesn't seem to be mentioned on the Redcat website ), when will it be available and HOW MUCH??

Hey i love this car but i have one suggestion that i see in the video. When your going over the jumps the front end is digging into the ground. I would suggest making a stiffer front suspension.

@fernades45 you have no idea what your are talking about. 1/8 scale electric is everywhere. 1/5 scale electric is much better, simply because its bigger and more original. if i want a 1/5 electric ill buy one. it does need better electronics. but putting a mamba monster in there would make no sense considering that a standard combo is smaller than the motor that is included. a leopard hobbies 56 size motor + a CC phoenix HV would power it nicely.
those connectors are best for HV applications.

@fathead431 why it have to be 1/5 scale? there is 1/8 scale alot faster and better. Well, i saw the review of this car and it looks pretty good, but it needs a better electronic in my opinion, those batterie connects are crap. A good mamba monster esc/motor with 6s would be nice :D
