In some St. Louis neighborhoods kids must brave stray dogs on their walk to school in the morning.

So this is the ward's "alderman" filming??? That is the only scary thing about this situation. "Kids must brave stray dogs..."? Seriously? Is he drunk?!?! That dog wasn't going to attack anyone. I would be more afraid of this character getting close to my children. What a worthless, melodramatic fool!!!

No it won't. It's actually going to end within a few years. The printing of massive amounts of money by the Fed, so-called "Quantitative Easing", is inevitably going to cause hyperinflation which will destroy the dollar. Well... yes. I mean it won't heal the hatred US blacks have for Whites, nor will it change the criminal personalities two-thirds of them seem to have, nor will it upgrade the sub-85 IQs half of them suffer from but it will end the welfare system along with the rest of the present social-cultural system.
This is NOT a happy, positive prediction you know: The end of welfare is going to be an apocalypse. There will be rivers of blood in the cities of the US before this is over....
