Accepting Oneself - Sri Bhagavan

Most all of us become conditioned to accept some emotions and to reject others. For example, most of us embrace the feeling of joy and reject the feeling of shame. Shame is the emotion that limits our curiosity and experience. If we reject shame because we don't accept feeling it, we are more vulnerable to continue in experience that is unhealthy or disempowering. If we can accept our shame, we recognize our human limits and can be at peace with who and what we are.

Very good. I feel somehow you are sincere. I am shameful most of the time, and accepting it feels almost impossible, but it is the only way, you are right.

Practically correct and ultimate solution and analysis to one's attitude.

Is this really true? And: Everything fully embraced with love and attention inside soon turns into its opposite. Star with yourself, your actions are a different story you will have to handle! All the best of Grace, World of Oneness

Its not true, sorry it was a bad example. Anyway, you got my point. "Everything fully embraced with love and attention inside soon turns into its opposite". I agree with this, but this is not the same as accepting oneself.
by the way, thanks for uploading this videos, they are very useful.

However you interpret acceptance of oneself, what is meant here is: 'Embrace what and who you are. What you should be is not important. Be what you are and lovingly embrace yourself as you are.' And that is a happening, you definitely need Grace for that. And that is where the Oneness Blessing comes in.
