@702livelaughlove Thank You! :) I used filtered water and it was room temperature. I've also tried bottled water and it works well too.

Wow. I've never been into super-decorated nails due to the fact that I'm often in the garden or walking the dog - which don't seem to be conducive to this fanciness. However, this is way friggin cool especially for Mardi Gras and I cannot wait to try it. =)
