Awww. Poor Buddy. Still felt running up the score on Dallas two years prior (1987) wasn't enough for them. He might as well add injury to insult by doing the Bounty Bowl against the hapless Cowboys. He is still mad that former Cowboy coach Tom Landry decided to put in the regulars throughout the game against the Eagles during the replacement strike.

LMAO @ Irv Cross for saying "They Don't Have A Bounty" and then describing a bounty system. It's interesting how the NFL didn't really punish the Eagles for a bounty system in 1989, but now they tried to give the Saints a "death penalty." It's gotta be a PR move to SAVE FACE after all the negative attention(ex-player lawsuits and suicides) the NFL is now getting.

wow look at how young Jimmy Johnson is!!!!!.....I wish I knew how Buddy Ryan is I heard he has cancer I look at ESPN almost everyday if not everyday and I haven't heard anything about him wish I knew if he were ok he a good man I thought he raised two great sons to be coaches ...twins Rex and Rob and both look great they dropped a lot of weight..but I wish I knew how Buddy is I haven't heard anything about his condition

Ditka's in a pretty good mood for having a 6-5 team that was about to get it's butt kicked by the Redskins (38-14).

Afterwards: "We stink. We are absolutely an atrocious football team at this point right now, and I doubt that we will be fortunate enough to win one more game."
