Taste Of Santee and Santana High School Football

Mr. Santee Rob McNelis and Big Bad John Minto talk about what is going on in Santee the week of 11-28-11 to 12-4-11. Santana High School is playing against Coronado High for a chance to be in the CIF Finals at Qualcomm Stadium. Come support Santana on Thursday night starting at 7:00pm and cheer on the Sultans to VICTORY! The game will be played at Santana High School. Before you head to Santana on Thursday, bring a unwrapped toy, or some non-perishable food items, or a $10.00 donation to Union Bank on the corner of Mission Gorge and Cuyamaca and that will get you in to the biggest food frenzy of the year in Santee. Yes it is time for the 24th annual "Taste of Santee" sponsored by Union Bank of California. The event starts at 5:30pm on Thursday the 1st of December and goes until 7:30pm. There will be food and drinks from many of Santee's and surrounding restaurants along with live music by the Honky Tonk Kings. It is a great event and all of the food, toys and proceeds go to the Santee Santa's. This is a charity organization that takes care of less fortunate families all year long in Santee.
